Our cured are Puig-Fito’s select products made with care and with drying time at high accuracy.
The Fresh Puig-Fito’s products are prepared with fresh meat and stuffed using natural casings. Suitable for coeliacs.
Our cooked products are made from a mixture of lean pork meat with its complements, the right ingredients and providing a variety of flavours. Suitable for coeliacs.

This variety of llonganissa emerged from the potential we have in Berguedà as a land of truffles. We didn't want to miss the opportunity to make a product with this precious fungus where many call it the "black diamond of the kitchen."
