This variety of llonganissa emerged from the potential we have in Berguedà as a land of truffles. We didn't want to miss the opportunity to make a product with this precious fungus where many call it the "black diamond of the kitchen."

Made with the the noblest beef of pork, to the truffle point, inlays with natural casings and cured in a controlled dryer.

PRESENTATION (Approximate Weight): A Whole piece (330-380gr.) or Slices of 80 gr.
